Jessica, a recipient of the 2012 Design Award from the Fort Lauderdale chapter of The American Institute of Architects, holds over fifteen years of experience in the fields of architecture and design.  She has had great success at prestigious South Florida architectural firms where, as a lead, she was responsible for many major projects.  Her vast breadth of experience includes, but is not limited to; general commercial, tenant improvements, private residences, multi-family, mixed use commercial, restaurants, educational, institutional and special medical applications.  Jessica's strengths in pragmatic space planning techniques, cutting edge design and problem solving abilities make her sought after when design challenges arise.

Jessica is well-versed in BIM (Building Information Modeling), with additional expertise in climate, sound, and lighting engineering studies that all can be applied to your project.
