A new franchise to Florida, the franchisee sought to use a local architect to implement the corporate design. The Everglades Architecture Group often provides this service to franchisees and franchisors to help assist their retained corporate architect in an unfamiliar territory.

On behalf of our client, the franchisee, our firm provided feasibility information to ensure the desired location would meet the requirements of the corporate standard. Field measurements were obtained and a space plan using prototypical suggestions helped us to craft a plan taking into considerations onsite complexities that do not occur in a prototypical world. Working along side with the client (franchisee) and the contractor (also our firm) helped ensure the project came in under budget.
