Considered a retail adaptation from a previous mercantile space, Save-A-Lot required our team to provide complete architectural services for their location in Tamarac, Florida. Services began with routine feasibility studies to ensure the prospective location would fit Save-A-Lots needs. The space itself was comprised of just under 18,000 square feet of grocery, back of house prep and storage, and exterior improvements necessary in order for the market to function. Time and a budget was a major factor in the development of construction documents and responsive construction administration.
