The space plan starts with a public verses private exploration. How far into the space can a potential guest migrate to? Is the break room necessary to create a common meeting space for employees to encourage interaction, or is too much interaction among employees an evil for the type of business. A series of iterations are developed in order to come up with the perfect office layout. The layout is than developed further to insure spaces have proper sound absorption or attenuation, ample lighting is engineered, and interior finishes are selected that mimic the businesses spirit.
